The Sustainable Youth Development Partnership (SYDP) is a regional movement driven by and for young people. Across Tanzania, Rwanda, and Zambia, we empower adolescents and youth to claim their rights, lead transformative change, and build inclusive futures. From advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) to creating economic opportunities, we stand for dignity, equality, and sustainable development.
SYDP strengthens youth leadership, expands access to SRHR, and creates pathways for education and livelihoods. Our programmes connect grassroots communities with national and regional advocacy, ensuring young people are not just beneficiaries but decision-makers.
Expanding adolescent-friendly health services and comprehensive sexuality education across communities.
Supporting adolescent mothers to return to school and providing vocational training for vulnerable youth.
Building capacity for youth-led campaigns and ensuring young people have decision-making power.
Our flagship event promoting climate action, health awareness, and community engagement through sport.
Creating microenterprises and financial independence opportunities for young entrepreneurs.
Integrating environmental sustainability with youth development and community resilience.
